Leventis Fellowship The Centre of African Studies of the University of London invites applications from Nigerian academics to take part in a scheme of collaborative research funded by the Leventis Foundation. Sabbatical at the Centre of African Studies, University of London: The Leventis Research Co-operation Programme is devised to assist younger scholars develop their research interests in collaboration with their counterparts in London. Applicants are invited to apply to spend three months as visitors of the Centre of African Studies in order to pursue their research in libraries and archives and to participate in the intellectual life of the Centre. The scheme might be particularly appropriate for scholars working up a PhD thesis into publishable form. Published On -  19 February 2019 AFRINIC is offering fellowships for the AFRINIC-30 meeting to be held in Kampala, Uganda from 15 June to 21 June 2019. The fellowship is reserved for individuals representing small organisations, universities, and media who are actively involved in Internet operations and development or ICT policies in their countries. UNESCO/People's Republic of China (The Great Wall) Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme 2019-2020. The Government of the People's Republic of China has placed at the disposal of UNESCO for the academic year 2019-2020  seventy-five (75) fellowships  for advanced studies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. PYTHON BOOT CAMP FOR UNDERGRADUATES IN LAGOS. APPLICATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 21ST. This year we will focus on the following training: Python (for Web Development and Data Science), Storytelling/Digital Marketing and JavaScript, BootStrap, CSS. The Python Bootcamp is open to students in tertiary institutions in Lagos only. All selected students must come with their laptop to the training venue.
