International Summer School on Sustainable Tourism, as a part of International Student Week in Iran aimed to find ways to protect the natural and cultural landscape through the development of new solutions which minimise the adverse effects of tourism. This can be achieved through new strategies involving the active collaboration of society as a whole. The event is for students, entrepreneurs, tourism leaders and destinations, planners, trainers, funders, policy makers and academics. British Council calls.......... new Art new Audiences - Open Call 2019 new Art new Audiences aims to be a catalyst for the creation of new art that reaches new audiences in Sub-Saharan Africa and the UK. The call is interested in projects that showcase new art to 18 to 35-year-old audiences who haven’t seen your art before in the following art forms: architecture, design and fashion; film; music; dance and theatre; creative economy; cultural skills; literature; visual arts; and any combination of art forms. We are looking for projects between the UK and two Sub-Saharan Africa regions (East, West, Southern). At least three different countries must be involved in the project, each project must have at least one UK partner and at least one partner from Sub-Saharan Africa (from the countries specified below in 'eligible countries'). Japan Africa Dream Scholarship (JADS) Program ABOUT THE JADS PROGRAM The JADS Program  is open to applicants from AfDB member countries with relevant professional experience and a history of supporting their countries’ development efforts who are applying to a graduate degree program in energy development and related discipline.  The program does not provide scholarships to any other graduate degree program. The scholarship program provides tuition, a monthly living stipend, round-trip airfare, health insurance, and travel allowance.
