IPCC launches fifth round of Scholarship Awards GENEVA, 25 Feb- The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has launched a call for a  applications for the 5th round of scholarship awards. The call runs from 22 February to 22 March 2019. The IPCC will accept applications from PhD students that have been enrolled for at least a year or are undertaking post-doctoral research. Applicants should be citizens of a developing country with priority given to students from Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS).
